The building also showcases artifacts, paintings, and sculptures created by PeninsulArtes and other local artists.
Governor Joet Garcia attended the ceremony along with Bataan 1st District Board Member Atty. Tony Roman III, Provincial Tourism Office OIC Danica Tigas-Rodriguez, Samal Vice Mayor Ronnie Ortiguerra, Cultural Heritage Division Head Jayper Merla, representatives from DTI-Bataan and COMELEC-Bataan, and members of Sangguniang Bayan ng Samal.

The said library and museum is open to the public Mondays to Fridays from 8am to 5pm.
